About Me
I am a Melbourne based artist, living in Mount Waverley.
My art explores the beauty of everyday life, transforming ordinary objects and moments into vivid, dynamic compositions of color and texture. Painting is a deeply emotive process for me , a balance between hope, contemplation, and creative expression.
I enjoy experimenting with different techniques, carefully applying each brushstroke to make light, shadow, and texture come alive. By elevating color, line, and form, I aim to create a connection between the ordinary and the extraordinary.
Drawing inspiration from contemporary and modernist principles, my work captures simple, fleeting moments and translates them into bold, energetic compositions.
Over time, I have been increasingly drawn to atmospheric abstract landscapes and seascapes, interpreting the warmth, light, and atmosphere of Australian scenery through abstract, expressive oil and acrylic paintings. Each work invites reflection, calm, and a sense of connection to the natural world.
My work has been exhibited frequently in group and solo shows and can be found in private collections around the world.
“My art is my language. As an artist I love breaking boundaries, using my art to articulate my vision to challenge viewers' imagination, hoping to awake hidden feelings and create deeper meanings and lasting impressions.”
